A note on stroke order

The Tier 1 animation traces each letter's font contours in the order they're defined in the Noto Sans font — not the order a calligrapher or teacher would actually draw the strokes. We've chosen this approach because hand-authored stroke-order data for Indic scripts is not widely available as open data. The animation is still useful for showing the shape of each letter clearly; for authentic handwriting practice, follow a printed copybook alongside.
