jôtô gôrje tôtô bôrṣe nā
It does not rain as much as it thunders
Meaning: Empty vessels make the most noise — big talk, small action.
নাচতে না জানলে উঠোন বাঁকা
nāctê nā jānle uṭhon bā̃kā
If you can't dance, the courtyard is crooked
